I started Vim Foods to share my healthy, nutrient-packed, and plant-based foods foods that I had been cooking for myself and my family. Through my journey of healthy and experimental cooking, I have found that eating healthy and fueling foods doesn’t have to be boring —Vim gives you a taste of fun and delicious ways to eat healthy and plant-based.

As mentioned, I am passionate about cooking, developing recipes, and nutritious food. I started developing Vim Foods (previously EBD Health) in 2020 and launched in the summer of 2021 at the Rowayton Farmer’s Market. I am currently a sophomore at Cornell University.
